1. Have your physician fax the prescription to 941-417-2842 and be sure they include your phone number. Your medication order will be assigned to one of our four offices and you will then receive a phone call from a Discount Med Direct team member who will review your medical information and take your payment method. We do not process insurance. Please note that we cannot accept e-scripts from your doctor.

2. Order By Phone: Call 941-803-7487 and your call will be directed to one of offices, determined by your city and state. A team member will provide the fax number or email to submit your prescription.

3. Order by Email: Scan or take a photo of your prescription and email to [email protected]. Please include your phone number so a team member can reach out to you.

4. Order By Fax: Fax your prescriptions to 941-417-2842. Include your phone number

5. Order By Mail: Mail your prescriptions to one of our Four locations listed on this page. Please include your phone number.

Note: A team member will call you with a reminder 30 days before the refill date. We will never place a refill order without your permission.
